New Parking Sticker Registration

Dear Owners and Annual Renters
As the board has voted, we are reissuing all stickers for authorized vehicles. The new sticker is to be placed in the rear window on the drivers side on the outside of the vehicle. 
Please fill out this form completely before coming to the clubhouse to obtain your new sticker. We hope to have all stickers in place by January 15th.  Only owners who have been previously approved for a second car sticker will have a second sticker issued.
Annual renters will also have their stickers reissued. Annual renters are only allowed one vehicle. 
Reminder no trucks or motorcycles are allowed at any time.
Owner or Tenant primary cars must park in the space assigned to the unit. Second cars and guest cars must park in a guest parking area. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform the NSBC Property Manager of any need to deviate from the NSBC parking rules. Failure to do so will subject the unit owner to fines and/or vehicle towing at the owner's expense. Owner or Tenant MUST be present in person, to obtain a permit. 
Owner receipt and retention of a second car parking permit is contingent upon the knowledge that the permit may be revoked by the Board of Directors for any violation of NSBC documents.

New Rental, Sales or Renewal Online Application

Welcome to the Future of Sales & Leasing,
We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to a more efficient and
streamlined application process with the implementation of  Tenant Evaluation.
Please see the attached PDF with your Tenant Evaluation unique community code.
 
 
Key Changes:
All applications will be processed using the Tenant Evaluation Platform
We will no longer be taking paper applications in our office 
 
We will process any applications that are currently in our office as of Wednesday,
November 27th, 2024. All applications received that are date stamped after Monday,
December 2nd, 2024, will be contacted and informed of the new process. Applications
will be returned to the sender or discarded once contact has been made
with the applicant to determine how they want to proceed.

New 2023 Wind Mitigation Reports were completed for each residential building. The links below allow you to choose the appropriate report for your building, so that if you need to download and forward the report to your insurance company, you can do so.

Address Changes

For seasonal address changes for association mailings, or for permanent changes, along with current email addresses, Customer Service at Seacrest Southwest is happy to help and will make sure association mailings are sent to your new address promptly. Simply call (239) 261-3440 or email csr@swpropmgt.com to change your address. Many seasonal residents will contact Customer Service twice each year.
 
Another option to change your Seacrest Southwest mailing address has been added through the AppFolio application. You can go into your Account Profile to change your address rather quickly. AppFolio can be accessed through the link shown in an item on the FAQ page.
