Welcome to the Future of Sales & Leasing,
We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to a more efficient and
streamlined application process with the implementation of Tenant Evaluation.
Please see the attached PDF with your Tenant Evaluation unique community code.
Key Changes:
- All application may not be submitted before 90 days prior to the rental beginning. Owners may make contracts pending board approval during the 90 day period.
- All applications will be processed using the Tenant Evaluation Platform - fee is $150 for the application
- We will no longer be taking paper applications in our office
- All seasonal or annual renters will pay the owner the $100 parking fee and the association will collect it from the owner.
