This form is required to be submitted to the Manager prior to arrival. Please be sure to inform all of your guests about the Rules and Regulations of our community. Owners or tenants are responsible for their guests.
4 A. For proper association management, including dealing with emergencies, all owners, present or absent and tenants, will keep the association manager advised of the occupant(s) in their unit by filing an electronic guest form before a guest can stay in the unit that includes:
1. Full Name of guest(s)
2. Relationship
3. The expected dates of occupancy
4. Vehicle identification of guest
LENGTH / FREQUENCY OF VISIT
- Owner in Residence: Each guest, related or unrelated is limited to a maximum aggregate total of thirty (30) days stay per calendar year.
- Owner Absent: Unrelated guest visits are limited to three (3) occasions per calendar year not to exceed two (2) weeks in length. Related guest visits are limited to four (4) occupancies in any twelve (12) month period with a maximum aggregate total of sixty (60) days stay per calendar year.
- Tenant in Residence: Each guest, related or unrelated is limited to a maximum aggregate total of thirty (30) days stay per calendar year.
- Tenant Absent: No guests allowed.
