To All Residents
There have been some questions directed to the board regarding the use of golf carts. Golf carts are allowed as a regular vehicle. These vehicles are subject to the same regulations as any vehicle on property. Below are the regulations for all vehicles including golf carts:

1. Vehicles must be registered or leased to a resident.
2. Commercial vehicles of any kind are prohibited per our community documents. This does not apply to approved contractors during work hours.
3. Residents must submit registration or lease contract with the residents name to the office to receive a parking permit or a second vehicle permit, if available.
4. Charging vehicles on-site is strictly prohibited (for all models).
5. Work vehicles are not allowed.
6. All vehicles must display an approved parking sticker.
7. No pickups trucks.
